You or someone you know may be one of the 37 million Americans living with diabetes.

The John O. Wilson Center’s S.A.G.E. Program for Seniors in partnership with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (RWJ) invites area residents to join our free Diabetes Empowerment Discussions for Seniors every second Wednesday of the month from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. Our group aims to give people the education and skills needed to manage diabetes and live an active and healthy lifestyle.
