Tai Chi is a series of gentle, flowing movements accompanied by deep breathing to help reduce stress, improve flexibility and balance, help lower blood pressure, and more. The John O. Wilson Center has partnered with Capital Health Medical Center to bring a free, introductory class to the Center on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 6 – 7 pm.
