
You or someone you know may be one of the 37 million Americans living with diabetes. In partnership with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton (RWJ), our new Diabetes Empowerment Discussion Group aims to give people the education and skills needed to manage diabetes and live an active and healthy lifestyle.
Starting in January 2023, meetings are held every second Wednesday of the month from 12:30 – 1:30 pm in the John O. Wilson Center’s Activity Room. Leading the discussion are Taryn Krietzman, RDN and Ines Lecerf, LSW from RWJ.

February 8th – Questions About Diabetes/Increasing Physical Activity
March 8th – Healthy Coping and Support
