Emergency Food Through a Food Pantry

John O. Wilson Hamilton Neighborhood Center, Inc.

Feeding the Community – Our food pantry can help!

The Coronavirus (COVID 19) has hit our nation hard.  Thousands upon thousands have been infected and affected, by this virus.  Many are experiencing job loss, which has resulted in food insecurity and concerns about making rent and mortgage payments.   The Wilson Center, for more than 50 years, has been there to help those in need.  To help address the issues of food insecurity, we have a “pick-up and go” food program that maintains social distancing, while feeding the community.  During the pandemic, our hours of operation are Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, 1:30pm – 4:30pm and on Tuesdays, 3pm – 6pm.  You MUST call for an appointment.  In addition to our food pantry, the Mercer County Senior Nutrition Program, is providing “pick-up and go” lunches to seniors, ages 65 and older, at the Wilson Center.  Their hours of operation are Mondays – Fridays, 10:30am – 12:30pm.  Call for an appointment!
